Iced Coffee Shake
An excellent iced coffee shake to kickstart your morning. Tastes like a coffee milkshake but without the fattening ice cream. It’s smooth, it’s delicious, it’s healthy, and it’s super simple to make!
Are you an avid coffee drinker but need a new twist on your morning coffee? Or maybe you’re not a big coffee drinker but would like to try something that will help you get up in the morning that’s tasty and delicious at the same time? Either way, this is the coffee shake to try.
It is also the perfect shake to try just in time for summer. With vanilla and mocha flavours, I love to take this tasty frozen drink with me outside.
Iced Coffee Shake
A very simple smoothie- just place everything in the blender and blend until smooth!
You will need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of strong cold coffee or cold brew
- 3 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter ( you can also use regular peanut butter but I prefer the powdered for smoothies)
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or to-go cup and enjoy your deliciously smooth and tasty Iced Coffee Shake 🙂
