Method

These bars are so simple to make.

Place 1 cup of oats, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup of peanut butter, 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of raw honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 ripe banana into a medium bowl. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.

Tidbit: Picking a natural unsalted peanut butter is your healthiest option.

Spread into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Makes 9 servings. So good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • tbsp honey raw
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana ripe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan and set aside.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and spread into prepared pan.

  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
