Fall Favourites 2021
Well, Fall has officially come and gone and we are now in the midst of Winter. I can feel the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season. We have finished all of the Christmas shopping and now it is time for all the holliday festivities like wrapping gifts, baking, and watching Christmas movies! Before we go on, I wanted to share all the things I’ve been loving this past Fall. Read on to see all my Fall 2021 Favourites!
Fall Favourites 2021
Personalized Christmas Ornament
We don’t typically buy a personalized Christmas ornament, but I felt it was necessary this year. I searched online for a fun family Christmas ornament that fit our family and I found this one from Personal Creations. I got to personalize the words to fit our family and wants. The snowmen are so cute and it is something we will have forever.
Apple Watch
My husband and I gifted each other Apple Watch’s for our 9th anniversary this year and I love it! I wear it every day. I got the rose gold colour and my husband got the navy one. They look good with every outfit and you can even switch out the bands. I only have the original band so far but I have a couple watch bands I am looking into purchasing already. It felt a little heavy at first on my wrist, but once I got used to it, I can’t not wear it now!
Sweet Potato Brownies
So, if you’ve been following me on Instagram you may know that I’ve been trialing a gluten, dairy, sugar, free diet in an attempt to clear my acne. But, unfortunately I have a big sweet tooth and I still need my sweet treats. Fortunately, you can bake with a lot of substitutes and these Sweet Potato brownies fit in my current diet and taste soooo good! They are chocolatey, moist and sweet. I will be updating the blog post soon, but here is a sneak peak at one of the newer photos!
Haven Ceramic Diffuser
One of my goals is to have a diffuser in every room in our home, and I was recently gifted this beautiful diffuser from one of my Young Living leaders. I put it in my room and I love to diffuse every night before I go to bed. It has four different diffusing settings and there is even 2 different light options which I love!
Stress Away Oil
I received this exclusive Young Living blend free in one of my Essential Rewards orders and I love it. I like to diffuse it as well as just put it on as a perfume! It contains the unique stress-relieving combination of Lime and Cedarwood.
Ningxia Red
Many of us do not eat a diet full of antioxidants, but thankfully Ningxia Red is here to save the day. This drink is a super fruit antioxidant drink. It’s a blend of the Ningxia Wolfberry (also known as goji berries, a superfruit) along with plum, aronia, cherry, blueberry, and pomegranate juices and extracts plus pure vanilla extract and Lemon, Orange, Yuzu, and Tangerine essential oils.
You can add it to smoothies, juices, drink it straight, or even make fun things like popsicles and gummies with it. It’s recommended that you consume 1-2 ounces a day and it’s best served chilled.
I personally try to drink 2 oz per day just by itself or I mix it with water and YL Vitalyte or I like to add some AHA sparkling water to it.
YL Vytalyte Drops
Naturally formulated with Young Living Plus oils, flavour your water without sugar or artificial colours. Enjoy two sippable flavours–Grapefruit Bergamot and Lavender Lemonade–for a happy, hydrated holiday season!
I have only tried the Grapefruit Bergamot flavour so far which I like to add to my Ningxia as mentioned above but I want to try the Lavender Lemonade next! These drops are a healthy way to enjoy flavoured water without all the sugars and artificial flavours most juices have out there.

Homemade Lavender Body Scrub
I made this scrub a few weeks ago and I’ve been using it periodically in the shower ever since. It exfoliates your skin leaving your skin feeling softer, and also leaves the relaxing scent of Lavender. So it is great used before bed to help you unwind. This DIY scrub also makes a beautiful gift. I just gifted little jars of this scrub in some baskets I made up for some people. You can get the recipe here.
