Can you believe we are already into spring? I have a lot of new favourite items from Christmas and the New Year from workout gear, accessories, clothes, and cups! So let’s dive into my Winter 2022 Favourites below!
Winter 2022 Favourites
Workout Mat
My husband gifted me this workout mat for Christmas and I love it because it is nice and thick. I work out in our basement on the hard cement so I needed a thicker mat that would protect my knees. And it folds up into a square with a carry handle for convenience too. I could not find the link on Walmart where it was purchased, but here is a mat on amazon that is similar.
Weight Stand
Along with the workout mat I also received a much-needed weight stand. It is such a simple thing but it beats the weights being lined up along the floor. Now they are nicely organized on my weight stand beside a few of the really heavyweights. Again, I couldn’t find the exact stand from Walmart but the one linked is very similar.
Jewellry Holder
Another much-needed item on my list was a jewelry holder. I had all of my necklaces in a gift bag since we moved into our new house a couple of years ago and they would always get tangled. This jewelry holder is nice because its three-tier design allows you to store and display multiple necklaces, of different lengths, all on one convenient necklace organizer.
Gimme Beauty Hair Bands
These hairbands are my new favourite hair ties. They hold your hair tight without pulling or giving you a headache. They are a stretchy rolled type of fabric. I have the any fit hair ties but there are also ones specifically for fine hair, thick hair, and long hair.
Handmade Jewelry
I received a diffuser bracelet for Christmas along with a wooden bead necklace with a gold chain from my mom and sister. My mom makes homemade jewelry and I had sent her some pictures of some jewelry I had liked with my sister’s help of picking out the beads and colours they made me some beautiful one-of-a-kind jewelry. The bracelet has diffuser beads so I can add my favourite smelling oils as a natural perfume and it says “mama” with the initials “W” and “S” which are for my kids’ names.
Tumbleweed T-Shirt
I was also gifted this t-shirt from my Grandma for Christmas. This was the one I had said I wanted and it definitely did not disappoint. My friend Della owns the Tumbleweed Clothing company and I have a couple of other tees and a hat from Tumbleweed already. The fabric of the tees are so soft and comfy and I love the Dawn til Dusk graphic on the front. You can easily dress them up with a skirt or down with a pair of jeans or leggings. They are also created with natural sustainable fabrics!
Starbucks Cup
I bought this cup at our local Starbucks store so I can’t link it, but it was $29.98 in-store. I’m obsessed with this cup. It is so cute, and perfect for iced coffee, matcha, or just water. It’s fun and it will be a great cup to take on the go in the spring and summer when I’ll be outside with the kids all the time!
Apple Scrunchie Watch Bands
Both my husband and I gifted each other Apple Watches for our anniversary last year so I wanted a couple of other watch bands to choose from as well. These watch bands come in a few different sizes so you can choose the best one that will fit your wrist. This scrunchie band is so cute and comes in 2 colours: leopard and black. The fabric is a soft and silky material and the fit is perfect for me and is so comfy. I like to wear them when I am working out especially.
