A sweet cookie made with brown sugar and the addition of butterscotch chips and toffee bits in each bite. A great snack for kids and adults alike.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract.
To a separate large bowl sift together flour, corn starch, baking powder, and baking soda.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix to a soft dough yet firm enough to hold its shape when baked. Mix in the butterscotch chips and toffee bits.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake in 350° F oven for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4-5 dozen cookies.
