Cheese Ball

A savoury appetizer perfect for any party or backyard bbq. Serve with tortilla chips, or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup margarine softened
  • ¼ cup onion or chives chopped
  • 1 dash worcestshire
  • 1 drop tabasco sauce
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into ball. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours. Serve with crackers or chips of choice.

Recipe Notes

Store in refrigerator in plastic wrap or container for up to 1 week. 

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months by wrapping in one layer of plastic wrap, then 1 layer of aluminum foil.
