Chicken Parmesan

This Chicken Parmesan recipe features seasoned breaded chicken and of course a generous sprinkling of parmesan and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fine cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp celery salt
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • 3 lbs chicken breast boneless
  • ¼ cup margarine or butter melted

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients into a shallow bowl (or a pie plate works great too).

  2. Brush 3 lbs of chicken breasts with 1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine. Coat each piece of chicken in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange in single layer on greased baking sheet with sides. Bake in 350 degree oven covered for about 60-75 minutes until chicken is tender and an internal temperature reaches 165° F/74° C.
