Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cup Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk*
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter or PB2
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a 2 cup mason jar or container. Place lid on top and store in the refrigerator overnight. Optional: garnish with creamy peanut butter, sliced banana, and mini chocolate chips in the morning, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*you can substitute dark chocolate almond milk for regular milk and add 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
