A basic sweet icing made out of cream cheese. Very quick and simple to make. Makes enough for an 8x8 inch cake.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup margarine or butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat first 3 ingredients together, add icing sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.
