Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks

An easy and tasty chicken drumstick recipe.

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper ground
  • ½ tsp paprika ground
  • ½ tsp oregano dried
  • ½ tsp parsley dried

Instructions

  1. Place drumsticks into crock pot.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush the marinade on top of the chicken to evenly coat.

  3. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until cooked through.

Recipe Notes

Alternatively, you may cook in a 350° F oven for one hour, turning halfway.

This recipe also works for chicken thighs.

Store leftovers in the fridge covered for up to 3 days.
