Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups warm milk dairy, or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp xanthum gum skip if your flour already has it
  • 2 ½ tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast

Instructions

  1. Add wet ingredients into your bread machine.

  2. Then add the dry ingredients saving the yeast for last. When adding the yeast create a small hole in the dry ingredients first and pour the yeast in the hole.

  3. Set your bread machine to the gluten-free setting and press start. If you do not have a gluten-free setting the basic and sandwich setting should work for this bread as well.

  4. Let cool to just warm before slicing. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes
