Ingredients

  • 3 bananas mashed
  • ½ cup honey raw
  • 2 eggs large
  • cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups flour whole wheat
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and cut a piece of parchment paper into the bottom of your loaf pan.

  2. Stir all your wet ingredients together in a large bowl. Set aside.

  3. Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix on medium speed with an electric mixer or by hand until combined.

  4. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

  5. Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
