Ingredients

  • 2 cups dates pitted
  • ½ cup peanut butter natural
  • cup oats quick
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate* chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well incorporated.

  2. Grap spoonfuls and roll into 1-inch balls. Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let set in the refrigerator for about an hour.

  3. Store in a plastic bag or container.

Recipe Notes

*you can substitute the chopped dark chocolate for mini chocolate chips, just fold them in after you mix everything together.

These will keep well in the fridge for up to a week. Are stable at room temperature but are kept best in the fridge.
