Post Workout PB & J Smoothie

A healthy lush smoothie full of nutrients to help you recover after your workout. Tastes deliciously smooth and tasty- just like peanut butter and jelly !

Ingredients

  • ½ banana frozen
  • ¼ cup blueberries frozen
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peanut butter natural
  • ½ cup almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Qia superfood* optional
  • ½ scoop superfood blend optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy !

Recipe Notes

The blueberries may be substituted for any berries.

*You can substitute Qia superfood for chia seeds if desired.
