You are going to love these Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork Ribs because they are so tender and full of delicious bbq flavour.
Mix ¼ cup brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 3 tablespoons liquid smoke, and 2 cloves of minced garlic together in a small bowl and rub all over your pork ribs.
Layer ribs along with 1 sliced medium onion in your slow cooker. Pour ½ cup of coca-cola over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
When cooking is finished, take the ribs out of the slow cooker and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of barbecue sauce on top of the ribs and place under broiler for 5 minutes until glazed.
