
An easy waffle recipe made in a waffle iron. Perfect for a delicious breakfast, brunch or even dinner! Endless topping possibilities.
Blend dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine egg yolks, and milk in a separate bowl. Stir into dry ingredients.
Stir in oil.
Carefully fold in egg whites. Do not overmix.
Brush grill at the beginning with oil. (once only)
Close and bake as per your waffle maker. Serve warm with your favourite toppings such as fresh fruit and homemade whipped cream.
*it's important to mix the ingredients in the same order.
Can be placed in a deep freezer for up to 3 months in a freezer safe bag.
