In a small bowl combine soup mix, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce.
Place chicken in large casserole dish and pour sauce mix over.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Check with meat thermometer to ensure meat is fully cooked. Serve warm.
You can substitute the chicken breast for chicken thighs and/or drumsticks, or even pork chops.
